Herbs, perennial, decumbent or trailing, often rooting at nodes. Radical leaves
3-partite, 4 -
8 cm across; segments stalked, 3-lobed, crenate; petioles hairy; lamina hairy
on both surfaces. Cauline leaves stalked, 3-lobed. Flowering scapes opposed to cauline
leaves, 4 -
8 cm long, pale yellow. Sepals reflexed. Achenes 10 -
15, rounded, flat, pitted,
with a few blunt tubercles.

Distrib. India: W. Ghats of peninsular India. Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
