Herbs, annual, succulent; internodes long. Leaves opposite, sessile or subsessile, linear, truncate or caudate at base, acute to acuminate at apex, entire along margins, 5 - 7 x 0.3 - 0 .5 cm, pubescent on both sides; midnerve prominent, lateral nerves not visible to naked eyes. Flowers axillary, 2 - 4, ca 1 cm long, spurred; spur gradually constricted, long, curved. Standard obcordate to suborbicular, shallowly emarginate with small appendage. Wings with basal lobes triangular; distal lobes transversely semiovate; dorsal auricle globular. Capsules fusiform, ca 6 mm long.
