Trees, up to 30 mm tall, with large, spreading crowns; branchlets glabrous or
subglabrous. Leaves 3 -
9 x 2 -
8 cm, suborbicular, cordate at base, acuminate at apex,
acutely and finely serrate, glabrous except for tufts of reddish brown hairs in the axils of
nerves beneath. Cymes 4 - 15-flowered. Fruits ca 6 mm across, globose; pericarp
membranous.

Cultivated in Himachal Pradesh.
