Shrubs; bark lenticelled, greenish brown; branchlets with densely
ferruginous tomentum or glabrous. Leaves 3-foliolate; leaflets obliquely oblong,
lance6late, broadly elliptic-lanceolate or oblanceolate, 7.5 - 20 x 3.5 - 10 cm,
apex acuminate, base cuneate, glabrascent on upper surface, villous beneath.
Inflorescence simple hispid racemes. Flowers up to 0.3 cm across, greenish-
yellow. Fruits subglobose, orange red.
