Trees. Leaves imparipinnate; leaflets entire, without intramarginal veins. Flowers unisexual; male flowers in panicles; female flowers solitary. Calyx 5-lobed. Petals 5, free, imbricate. Stamens 10. Disc 10-lobed. Carpels 5, syncarpous; ovary superior, 5-loculed, 1-ovule in each locule; styles 5, free, sub lateral. Drupes ovoid.

South-East Asia; 2 species in India.
